  1. My wife spent an hour and 30 minutes trying to speak to a representative. After finally speaking to one who said he would look into the issue and call her back. When he did call her back he then promptly hung up on her and never attempted to call again. Together, her and I again called Customer support and waited for another 30 minutes. After describing our issue, the representative said she would put us on hold and investigate the issue. An hour later the call was auto-terminated without hearing from the representative, calling back we found out the call center had been closed!

    The issue is, ever since your supposed network upgrade, our 3 month old ZTE phones no longer stay connected. They are constantly dropped from the network and spend a lot of energy trying to re-connect, our batteries are draining from a full charge to 0 in less than 8 hours. We are paying for 4G LTE service and are not receiving that level of service.

    You OWE me for the service I am paying. I am OWED 1 month of 5 GB of data of 4G LTE speeds for 2 phones. IF your service has damaged my phones or batteries due to the considerable strain and quick drains caused by your connection issues, this company WILL pay for damages and replace the phones. I expect a prompt reply and this issue resolved. Your customer service representatives have been rude and unprofessional.
